Chinese traditional medicine

Today we got to learn about acupuncture and the cupping technique commonly used in traditional Chinese medicine. We even got to see a live demonstration of cupping on one of our student, Sean!

We also got to go to their pharmacy and see some of the herbal/animal products used to help heal the body.

These dried animals are grind up and made into a liquid along with some other herbal supplements for the patient to drink. Some of the things they help with includes women's health and head pain.
