"So far this trip has been everything I expected and more. It is the perfect blend of cultural and educational experiences. My favorite lecture thus far was the Chinese Traditional Medicine hospital where we learned about phototherapy (herbal medicine) and acupuncture. Following the lectures we were able to observe patients getting acupuncture done as well as the cupping procedure. I was able to better retain the information when I saw to applied in practice. I am looking forward to learning more about the Thai culture as well as the role of the clinical pharmacist in Thailand. I can't wait to share all of these wonderful experiences with everyone when I get home!"
